There are two ways to get it:
- On your Roku device: open the channel store, search for “Wehpa”, and add the channel.
- From a browser: open the Wehpa channel in the Roku Channel Store and click Add app. It will appear on your Roku the next time it syncs.
What’s on the channel
Wehpa TV carries original Wehpa productions alongside partner programming. Our first original short film, Grey, premiered on the channel. Why we built it
Wehpa is a global underground culture movement focused on BIPOC, Indigenous and Latin American content. The website covers the food, music and history behind the culture — pieces like where reggaeton actually came from and the story of the paletero. The Roku channel is the same idea in video: a vertical owned by the people whose culture it carries, rather than a slot rented inside someone else’s platform.
