Wehpa TV · Founding 89 Creators
Put your work on TV
Wehpa TV is a free streaming channel on Roku for Latino and BIPOC culture. We’re picking 89 Founding Creators to launch with: films, documentaries, short films, web series, music videos and podcasts.
Sign up todayWhat you get
- Your work on TV, free to watch on Roku in Canada and the US
- Creators share 60% of ad revenue after channel costs, paid quarterly with a full statement. The streaming costs of your own titles come off your share, never billed to you
- Your name on every title: your own row for a series, or a spot in Movies or Short Films & Music
- A Founding Creator credit on wehpa.com, and your 60% locked
What you keep
- Everything. It’s non-exclusive: keep posting, selling and sending it to festivals
- Remove your work anytime with 14 days’ notice
- You never owe us anything. A slow quarter pays $0, never a bill
The one rule
You must own the footage and the music, and everyone on screen agreed to be in it. Beat leases often don’t cover TV, so check yours.
How it works
- Fill in the sign-up form with a link to your work, and read and agree to the licence agreement.
- We get many submissions and watch every one.
- If you’re selected, we email you. You sign, and your work goes on TV.
Honest note: Wehpa TV is new and has no ad revenue yet. Early payouts may be small or zero while the channel grows. Questions: info@wehpa.com
